Gulayamanan Phase 2 Site Assessment in Bantayan, Cebu

From July 28–31, 2025, the East-West Seed Foundation (EWSF) team visited Bantayan, Cebu to assess potential sites for Gulayamanan Phase 2 in Barangay Patao and Barangay Kangkaibe.

In coordination with the LGU Bantayan, the team conducted site visits and held an orientation for potential program beneficiaries. The activity aimed to introduce the objectives of Gulayamanan, evaluate site suitability, and engage the community in the planning process.

This visit marks an important step in expanding the program’s reach to more communities, promoting vegetable production for improved nutrition and livelihood opportunities.
